1. Eligibility — You must be currently enrolled in a recognised school, college, or university. You will provide a valid, verifiable student ID and accurate academic information. ScriptAce determines eligibility at its sole discretion.

2. Accuracy of Information — All information provided must be true, accurate, and not misleading. Shared document links must belong to you and must not be altered or forged. Providing false information may result in immediate rejection, permanent ban, or platform suspension.

3. Passout Year — You must provide a valid expected graduation year. If your passout year has already passed, you are not eligible. ScriptAce may automatically revoke student benefits after your passout year. Any attempt to falsify passout year data is treated as fraud.

4. Benefits — Student discounts are non-transferable and tied to your account only. They cannot be shared, resold, or reassigned. ScriptAce reserves the right to modify or discontinue pricing at any time.

5. Fraud Prevention — ScriptAce may detect duplicate submissions, reused documents, and suspicious activity (e.g., multiple accounts, repeated attempts). Accounts found violating rules may be flagged, suspended, or permanently banned.

6. Data Usage — Your submitted data and shared document links are used solely for verification purposes. Data is not shared publicly. By applying you consent to processing of your data for verification.

7. Rejection & Appeals — ScriptAce is not obligated to disclose reasons for rejection. Repeated abuse of the system may lead to permanent restriction.

8. Changes — ScriptAce reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria, update pricing or benefits, change verification processes, or terminate the Program without prior notice.
